Darvill Wins in America….

Not strictly true but a good headline with a genuine story behind it.

Darvill Racing has extended the Team across the ‘pond’ to now include a new member: Kenny Hutchins.

Kenny became part of Darvill Racing’s extended family by a random meeting. We were after some technical details on our SOHC Honda engines and Kenny turned-out to be the man to help us.

After what was a lengthy email conversations we struck-up a friendship and it naturally leaded onto an invitation to Kenny to fly the Darvill ‘flag’ in the ‘US of A’

We are very pleased to be able to announce that Kenny has won the ‘Award of Merit’ at the 12^th Annual Riding into History Motorcycle Cocours at the World Golf Village, St Augustine, Florida.

This is truly a spectacle of classic motorcycles and the competition was fierce but Kenny’s CR shone through (and this is the best example i have seen to date) and enabled him to achieve a suitable accolade.

1971 CR750 Factory Replica

This Replica was started in my garage in 2002 with a year of research and two more years of build time. The megaphones and many other bits are   Factory (RSC) xxxxx-300-970 kit parts, or hand made parts to “works” specs. This CR750 was built to race in the AHRMA F-750 class in the US.
